I have had high bp and high heart rate for two weeks, today my heart rate is in the 50s and 60s, my bp is low, 108 over 63, my norm is 120 over 80, just feel like i have no energy. I want to get up but cant. Goin back to sleep.

Armyguy, those are great readings. Close to mine on medication for b/p as well as doing meditation and deep breathing everyday. It's more of a relaxed feeling in what you are experiencing but when use to the high levels of adrenaline it comes off as having no energy.

Once you would start moving around, it would go up some. Did you start on meds?

You know that these numbers fluctuate from moment to moment and that it is safer to be in that range. After you rest, let us know how you are feeling.
