Sorry for asking again

Here I am again worried about something! I've had a headache for the past almost 3 weeks and today it felt better but I get like sudden pokes in my head, does anyone feel that?

Yes ... Like little zaps all over .. I think it's just tension and nerves .. Nothing deep seated .. I too am have lots of headaches daily lots of pressure.. But serious stuff doesn't present what we're feeling.. Drink lots of water and try and relax.. I'm with you!

Sonia1205, I agree with 1973m. I too had daily long stretched bouts with tension headaches which left me with these little pokes or zaps. Hydrating and relaxing best way to go. Feel better x
