So I plucked up the courage to go to the GP .., re head pressure and other stuff..,,so got to go back for blood tests and get a blood pressure monitor..as it was raised..! Will see what the outcome is .. I do have panic attacks I do suffer anxiety and low moods ... But sometimes it's not always as clear cut.. As JUST being anxious..

No anxiety affects us all individually in different ways, so many different ways in my opinion.

It's good you have been to gp, start the ball rolling to get help.
