I have been dealing with palpitations for about a year now. Just that sensation of an extra or hard heartbeat every so often. I went to the cardiologist and had an EKG, Echo, Stress, and 24 hour Holter and they all checked out perfect. Doc said I was not a candidate for Beta Blockers because my resting heart rate is in the 50s and Holter revealed that my heart rate drops into the 40s during sleep. Conclusion was no electrical blocks and all good. OK, so , do you all have them like all day?? I wanna say i feel a "jump" at least once an hour some days. I am just looking for some comfort that this is ok, and that I need to stop ending up in panic over it. I am waiting to meet a new doctor. Fired my old GP because my B12 is in the 300s but he said its not low enough to treat to his standards...which may be the cause of ALL my issues. Gotta advocate for me!! Thanks for listening!!

It's very normal to have the occasional hiccup of the heart's rythm, its only a concern when it happens multiple times in a row and causes dizziness, chest pain, any kind of sign of things being really wrong. Most people just can't feel the flutters their heart experiences each day. Thin folks or people with anxiety definitely may feel them and it can be scary, but nothing to worry about, especially if you've had that many workups done
