Hi all I have been feeling rubbish last few days chest feels really tight and heavy my throats hurts and sinuses and headache it's making my anxiety so bad thinking it's something to do with my heart coz my chest feels different can someone please help my vitamin d is low aseell x

That's all part of anxiety I definitely understand where you're coming from I get chest pain too. Don't panic everything is fine take some deep breaths and try to relax maybe take a hot bath with Epsom salt or a hot-cold shower. Remember you are not alone!
