Does anyone have a baby and dealing with anxiety?

Hey guys 👋🏽,

I just wanted to get on here really quick to see if there are any parents out here dealing with anxiety and taking care of a child, if you are a parent then I would like some input on how you cope with your anxiety while parenting.

I have a 3 year old. It's extremely hard for me. That's a good question. I wish I could help you, but I have the same question. I feel like my daughter is very aware that her mommy is different. It's embarrassing. It's difficult managing and hiding anxiety.

Well I don't think you should hide it! Even though she's little I definitely think you should try to explain her in the best way possible that you have anxiety. Remember this is all temporary it isn't forever don't be ashamed of your anxiety because other people were not put on this earth to judge. Everyone has things that they don't like about themselves but our little baby's are the little piece of happiness in our mind 💕😊

I agree, I need to stop feeling so guilty and ashamed for for being me. My daughter is such a good girl 😊 I just wish she could have the upbeat kind of mom that I think I could be without these problems. But yes, this won't last forever 👍

You can be upbeat! Just try to get involved in more activities with her doesn't necessarily have to be something that you have to go to a certain location you guys can play some games together play house with dolls or play around and draw each other or something like that. I really think you can do it! My baby is only 5 months old so she's a handful and needs a lot of attention 😅.
