Headache nausea 😕

Anyone else deal with headaches and nausea? I get one almost everyday but then it goes away.. i hate it!

Currently not taking any prescriptions

Quite often I do. It's terrible. On days that I have really bad nausea I take the directed dose of pepto bismal and snack on pretzels and sip ginger ale. As for headaches, maybe tylenol or ibprofen. Hope this helps.

I had such bad nausea it caused me to lose 2 stone in weight. This was partially due to the fact I didn't know I had anxiety as well as PTSD and depression. I had a motorcycle crash (which caused the mental issues) and thought it was a injury and ill 'let it pass'.

If you haven't gone yet, please don't be as stupid as me, please go to the doctors as they will more than likely give you medication which if its like mine takes a month to see any effect.

I went from being in relatively decent shape muscle wise to being stick and bones in 2 months. 2 months later I am halfway back to where I need to be but it has taken a lot of work and you don't need to put yourself through that.
