Acupuncture?

Has anybody tried acupuncture for their anxiety and panic attacks? Did it help or is it helping?

anxiouslady13, I did it for migraines and it helped immensely. Let me know if you feel it helps with anxiety and panic attacks. I would try it again in a minute.. Good Luck x

I'm doing it now and I don't feel a difference in my anxiety/depression. Or maybe I do and the anxiety/depression could be much more without it. I will say it helped with my migraines as well

I had my first session the other day and it was very relaxing during it. It was my first session so i don't feel a difference yet but I'm remaining hopeful.
