I feel like when I focus too much on my anxiety it just brings on more anxiety. Started a workout regime about a week ago, started taking magnesiun supplements and I feel good. Whenever anxiety tries to pop up, I disregard it and tell myself "I'm fine, anxiety is a liar". Its been working for me, will be keeping yall updated!

how much do you take a day? And which one? I feel like the reason why I had so many good days is because of magnesium. I take 1 tablet at 3am and I seem to get on edge in the afternoon. I'm thinking it wears off or not enough.
you are right, focusing on it doesn't only make your brain more stressed than it is, but it will only make it worse as anxiety is all you think about, so your brain's immediate response is to go into flight or fright mode which leads to anxiety and gets you worked up! So, by accepting the fact that you have anxiety, but ignoring those thoughts and distracting yourself with things that genuinely make you happy, is much more beneficial. I've learnt that through my experiences! So glad you're disregarding the thoughts too!
Learn to meditate. This will train your brain. To be balanced we need a strong body, which your working on, good for you. Now we all need a strong body, mind and spirit. So to be without anxiety you need to exercise your brain through meditation. Meditation is like the bench press for your brain, ha!
And remember a strong spirit which also comes through meditation. I listen to guided meditation with earplugs on my phone. Best wishes to you!
