after coming off my medication completely a few weeks ago, its almost like I can feel my head resetting its self - im having a lot more positive days and even had a cry a few days ago (over nothing) - which actually felt great because for the last few years ive felt like i couldn't express any emotion
im still have side effects but they are easing but im starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel
im now looking at some none medication practical ways to manage my anxiety if anyone has any tips?
CBT worked wonders for me but i dont think the NHS will allow for me to have any more
