Thank you

Some days are better than others. Sometimes just an hour or minutes are better than others. Taking it a step at a time. I've said it before, I am thankful for sites like these that help me to feel not so alone in this ongoing battle. I appreciate each and every one of you. On my good days I try to be there more for family and friends. Other days I'm to myself trying to stay busy and diatracted by the thoughts that flare up my anxiety. Baby steps
