Went to the baseball game with my husband & friends yesterday. Had fun, my anxiety behaved pretty well, had minor headache, but didn't let it ruin my day. Our team lost, but at least we got the giveaway at the game (socks 😁). It felt so good to have a normal afternoon. Also, 1 of the friends we were with works at the local zoo & she invited us for a behind the scenes tour. She thinks she can get us on with the lemurs. I can't wait. Hope everyone is having a great Monday.

Congrats on your fun day yesterday! It's those days that you'll remember when you're having a bad day and hopefully it makes that day better. Baseball games are so fun no matter if you win or lose! I hope the rest of your week is great!
