Hi I to woke up at 4.45 am this morning sweating and feeling really dizzy I went to kitchen and drank 2 glasses of water as I think I was dehidrated had heating on .I started to get all panicky and had to sit still and keep myself calm.Ive had a lot of dizzy spells over the years ! Most are anxiety tight neck muscles making me feel like I'm on a moving boat.BUT it can be middle ear infection or to much fluid behind ear drum caused by virus or allergy such as hay fever or heavy cold or sinuses.
Yes .. I've been like this for a couple of days again.. I'm also worse at certain times in the month! ( not sure of your gender) sometimes I can't move.. Other times I can with force, push myself through it .. My husband says I get a "vacant look" which as you can imagine just makes my anxiety worse..
If it carries on tho see your GP, could be related to ears , and there are exercises you can do ( follow on the web) to release inner ear pressure.. All the best .
I was wondering if do with my hormones, had feeling two weeks ago. Last nights been having severe back ach too
Sounds like it could be hormone related.. ( still worth getting it checked) I've noticed I've been worse last couple of years..and alternative months.. Mind .. I blame anxiety and hormones on most things these days!! Only way I get through not over thinking.. I'm sure you'll be fine ..
God yes, all the time. I get scared something is really wrong with me this time and then I come here and remind myself we're not alone is these feelings!
Sounds stress related and could be fatigue syndrome/burnout signs.
Yes I'm exhausted all the time.
