Hearing sounds when falling asleep ?

I have tinnitus , but aside from that has anyone had auditory disturbances ? I just hear weird noises

This magnesium you speak of, is if something I can get over counter or do I need to speak with a doctor first ?

Depends a lot on what you were hearing? I live in a bad neighborhood so I turn on the TV so that my dog and I don't hear every noise. And I also have tinnitus but thankfully it is very mild.

With the tinnitus I hear ringing , there was a period that I heard loud buzzing as if a bug was in my ear . The other noises I'm hearing are like zaps and like as if air is blowing in my ear . Very weird
