in pain agen chest is acking my back is in bits bin like this for 2weeks iam sick of all this pain its getting to the point iam will just lose it and i am figthing a loseing battle

Hi Mike1978, You're certainly not alone in feeling one thing or another all the time. It's not a losing battle but one that needs to be addressed. You can't fight it, so you have to accept it. The more we fight anxiety, the tighter our muscles get. Your chest and back pain is proof of that. I suggest you read about the mind/body connection and how our negative thoughts can be conveyed to bodily symptoms. Look on YouTube for audio videos that may help with your stress, pain and breathing. Listening to those videos will help make you understand where this is coming from and how to turn things around.
