I feel like I'm reading my exact thoughts. My heart health anxiety ruins my life. It's like I'm always tense. The best way to describe it to people is that I feel like I'm always bracing for impact. My chest and back are always on-guard, tightened and tensed. It's such a vicious cycle. I'm scared to exercise, scared to be alone and terrified of just dropping dead.

I'm the same 😥Headaches daily had scans etc nothing wrong but they are there ! Not imaginary and hard to ignore , you aren't alone!

No clue what the treatment is but I would LOVE to know. Most of my anxiety is health related. Every ache & pain is something serious. I wish I could get it to stop!

The best way to fight anxiety is to stop fighting it. I know that sounds silly, but fighting it only raises your tensed muscles and adrenaline.

Stop fighting, accept it and float.

Agree Mrworrymaster . It's an internal battle and you just constantly chase your tail . Break out of the cycle , find things that relax your body ( CDs etc ) and reduce the cortisol levels so your body learns a new relaxed state . You will find your symptoms ease
