Horrible feeling in head

I feel like my head constantly has a weird feeling and I panic about it all the time it's so hard to explain it no its anxiety related but just always think the worse like I'm going to die does anyone else have this horrible feeling x

Hi i have had this feeling so many times over the years,the bad feeling i could die any moment ,in the next second ,minute,day,the only way to ease this is to accept those feelings and thoughts and carry on with whatever you are doing,the feelings and thoughts are still there but you try not to react to them,give them no importance,they are just thoughts,this helps your mind calm the racing thoughts and realise you are not in danger,it is hard but there is no other way i have found to ease symptoms of anxiety,medication only numbs feelings,it does take a lot of strength to do this and i have had many days where i give in to anxiety and i feel weird symptoms all day,but the only cure is to accept and carry on,as the anxiety is ignored the symptoms start to ease,you can do this too,
