Nerves??

Nerves jumping in stomach and under my breast! Anyone else have this problem? You can see it actually see it jumping!!

self-love, that is the most common symptom when experiencing anxiety. The nerves jumping in the stomach are coming from the solar plexus which is located in the center upper abdomen. It is where all the nerves of our body connects to major organs. That's where the "fight or flight" comes from. Since we no longer have lions chasing us, the stored up adrenaline stimulates our already sensitized nerves. When you feel like this, it helps to do some calming methods of meditation and deep breathing or to start moving (walking, dancing, exercising) to rid the body of the excess adrenaline.

Yes I have had this! I told my stomach Dr and they basically blew it off. I even videoed it on my phone!
