Why do we have to get chest pains? It's the scariest symptom and one I get so often. I have sternum pain I think. But am I telling myself that in hope. The more I concentrate on my heart the worse it gets. Im sick of this now. Last year of my life has been hell and I don't want to go through this anymore

Have you been to the dr at all to get tests? Same just happened to me. I had to go to the dr this morning cuz I couldn't take it anymore. It was so annoying to feel that pain, more so discomfort and wondering what it was was so damn scary. Turned out to be irritation in my esophagus and Also gas which I forgot to put in my post. And I think my anxiety from being so afraid of what it was made it worse as well. That's probably what you're going thru.. especially if you haven't been to the Dr..

Your not the Only one mine its my heart racing fast all the time i get them mostly every day and docs say im fine idk just seem scrary to me i cant have fun because all my heart does is go fast for no reason idk but dont wanna die soon and im only 20 years old young
