Ive been waking up at 4am in the morning 2 weeks now and i am reall scared and stuff feel like i today is going to be my last day and everyones going to leave. Does it consider as an attack or something? im really confused. Thank you

Overthinking. You woke the first time and it probably prompted a chain reaction so you wake up worrying that something kid going to happen, remember anxiety isn't REAL. It's all thoughts, and thoughts won't hurt you. If you do wake at 4, try to roll straight back over and just breathe from your abdomen, releasing any worry as you exhale and imagine you're on a beach with s drink. You're going to be ok, it's natural to be scared. But only when there is something to be frightened of. Hope you sleep ok

Thank you but its weird because i wake up again at 6 feeling the same thing and i wont be able to go back to sleep anymore feel like my minds going to explode because of thinking or something
