Off balance

Hi everyone,

Went to docs today about my off balance and spinning feeling, he seems to think it's my anxiety which is bad at the moment, just scared of that feeling, he's put me put me on 20mg of arpopax . Hope something calms me down.

Did he check it wasn't a middle ear infection ? I had that and the room was spinning and I had balance problems I also have anxiety but my doctor ruled that out straight away I had anti biotics and it cleared up in a couple of weeks I really hope you feel better soon as its rotten to have those symptoms ❤

He looked in my ears and said they looked perfectly normal. I had no dizziness for four days , then had a slight symptom this am, he's put me on aropX 20 mg.

anxiety is high. Still scared.

Oh I'm sorry I was hoping it was your ears as that is easy to treat

Do you ever use the relaxation videos on You Tube ? They are really lovely there are loads and loads for anxiety

Thanks for your thoughts, I just find it so hard to believe this is my anxiety cuddling this dizziness, my anxiety tells me it's something else, I am exhausted fighting it, waiting for the next dizzy spell. If it was my middle ear surely I would have it all the time, o don't get nausea , please please is there such a thing as anxiety dizziness, that comes and goes, is this the rest of my life, I just want it to go.

The sensation is really terrifying , i panic then that's it , into the dying thing, the, must be something more thing , the endless googling , it just goes on and on and on.

I don't know how long I can do this for.

My doc believes it's anxiety , he's put me on aropax 20mg daily have only just started them today.
