James, if you are able to, try to get on to YouTube for a few minutes. Listen to Deep Breathing and Relaxation video for 10 min. I assure you the muscles in your upper stomach will relax enough to allow you to take that full breath. Just keep in mind, it is anxiety and nothing alarming..
i had x-rays a couple months back and it was clear so ima try to do the youtube thing
