I have had a couple of occasions thought about it briefly It's always the worst option thought

Yep, thought about it in the past. I still know how I would do it. But I would have to be out of my mind with pain because it would hurt so many people.

I believe that most suicides are out of their minds with pain and aren't just selfishly taking the "easy way out".

A lot i have hypothyroidism and its just killing me i feel like a nobody worthless
