Anyone that's suffered anxiety for years then gone on to get pregnant and suffered even more? My anxiety is horrendous and even worse knowing that I only have 2 weeks left till due date! So scared, had an awful pregnancy due to my anxietys making me physically ill, now it's 1000 times worse! Impending doom feeling 😭😭

I had anxciety with my second child I was always fearing the worse but try and look at it as a bigger picture u will get to meet your baby he/she at the end of it try distracting your self like reading a book yoga or listening to your fav music it always worked for me or try lavender that helped me to I know how u feel I was the same with my little girl when I was pregnant to think happy things u will get trew this and it's NOT going to hurt u wish u well for ur last few weeks in pregnancy xx 😊
