So it all started last night, I was watching a funny video mocking President Trump, then all of a sudden it hit me like a tonne of bricks. I started panicking and feeling sick, then all these weird thoughts came running through my head. Things that I just couldn't take my mind off. Today is exactly the same but I just don't feel myself, I keep saying to my boyfriend I think i'm genuinely going insane. I don't know what I need or want, it's just so scary.
