I am so scared I'm going to cry I've never been this scared I was just talking on the phone with my grandma and I was sitting there and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to die or something I can't explain it I had to sit up really fast idk what's happening I'm so scared

I sometimes get this too. It literally comes out of nowhere and hits you like a ton of bricks! It's not a nice feeling, but try and stay calm and take deep breaths. Concentrate on something else. It's easier said than done, it effects me for the whole day after it happens. But it is just anxiety doing it's thing, scaring you. Don't let it. Stay strong x

I remember what that was like - it's absolutely horrible isn't it. I used to get it in my teens. Maybe you have some underlying pressures in your life that are getting to you more than you realise - I think that was my problem. Might be worth seeing your GP. It hasn't happened to me for years now so take heart. x
