Hi dessi, what is happening physically and mentally? Are you taking the full dosage of your med yet?
First of all.....take 4 or 5 DEEEEEP, CLEANSING BREATHS!!!! You'd be Shocked to know just how little we breathe IN and OUT!
On avg...about 60-65% of our lungs capacities. Sooo, when I btreathe DEEEEPLY....I MEAN......DEEEEEEPLY!!!!
Pull in as much as possible! Even if you feel as if you're taking in...sips of air!
Then hold it in for 5-10 seconds and let it out. BUT.....DO NOT "FORCE" IT OUT!!! NOT UNTIL YOU REACH THE "near toxic" air that just lingers in the bottom 1/4 of the lungs. THAT "MUST" come out!! So, FORCE that air out of your body!!ď it's unhealthy for it to stay in there!
Try it. 4-5 times a day.....
