Fast heart

Hi all, went out last night and got a bit drunk. I've woken up and my heart is beating pretty fast. I can feel it in my back and it's starting to concern me a bit.. is this drinking related?

Yes alcohol can define cause both fast heart rate and anxiety which also can cause a fast heart rate. Try not to focus on it drink lots of water and remember to breath.

oh my goodness when ever i drink i suffer so badly the next day. i get really irrecular heartbeats. i get dizzy , anxiety is like 10 worse and im so afraid that im just going to collaps and die. honestly drinking is not worth the next day of fear.
