I feel like my life is spinning out of control with this anxiety, everyday is something new, I can't cope for much longer

I feel you I wake up the first thought is oh I can't breath then I replay that over and over until I end up at the e.r I am so over this it's been almost 8 years .the last time I had an episode when it gos away I forget how bad or how long I had them or what I did to get them to go away .but I been dealing now for 6 weeks and I am to my limit if Dr and E. R's my Dr said I was close to being hospitalized . never have I ever dealt with that I dealt with these my self the last few episodes I went to the Dr alot but I changed Dr to I just want to be happy again
