Chest pains back again under left armpit????

I got given all clear last week from doctor saying I have less chance than normal of having a serious arythmia and heart problems and despire that I'm still getting chest pains and stomach pains and back pains and neck pains and floaters and itchy skin. Why??????

I have all of these things too, especially chest pains, I have like a constant dull pain in my chest and upper back which is so anxiety inducing. Floaters drive me up the frekkin wall but no sign of anything wrong.

Itchy skin is very common which anxiety, it's crazy what anxiety can do to your body

Oddly enough that's where mine all started as well...was a pain that I could pinpoint in my chest under my left armpit. Doctors have found nothing on me as well outside of just the anxiety. I'm having a hard time accepting my diagnosis personally but at the same time I'm trying to research non medication ways of dealing with it.
