Sometimes I feel so fatigued tired weak when I stand I feel that feeling like in my head doesn't make much sense today I was at the store and looked up and looked back down and I felt so unsteady like wanted to pass out is this really anxiety

I get that sensation too. I also find when Im in a store and scanning with my eyes through the products i feel funny. I have talked to other anxiety sufferers who feel the same in stores and just in general. Anxiety stuffs around with your nervous system like no tomorrow and its very scary but we need to trust that thats all that it is (very hard I know)

I know exactly what you are talking about Luz. My vastibular therapist told me not to look all the way up, are all the way down, and not to make sudden head movements, but sometimes when I move my eyes, I get that feeling, but I do have vertigo, and anxiety, panic attacks, and depression.
