So on Monday I get some procedures done I'm so scared because I haven't felt good and I will be put to sleep what do you guys think

yes I think most of us that suffer with anxiety would feel the same way x we worry about everything x uou will be fine lovey x I would feel the same as you x let me know how you get on x

I understand how scary it must sound!, believe you me I suffer anxiety and I had an operation 2 years ago. But it honestly isn't as bad as it seems, you'll be totally relaxed, they can give you medicine to calm your nerves before the operation but you'll be asleep and you won't feel a thing. When you wake up you'll have medicine through a drip to stop pain, and if your anything like me. Scared of being sick you can get sickness medicine to stop it and you'll feel so much less panicky. I'm awful with panicking but I wasn't bad at all after my op!. I promise you'll be great!.
