Hello everyone I just wanted to thank everyone on here for the support and postivity you guys have gave me through my journey with anxiety and panic attacks!! Having very little knowledge about all this stuff and coming on here I've learned so much and try to give as much feedback as I can.

I'm thinking more positively now and hoping to be up and running back to my normal self here soon.
