Emetophobia..

I've been dealing with this phobia since early teen years, 13?. Went through an awful time of it, wouldn't eat properly, causing me to loose so much weight that I almost became underweight. Excessive hand washing, checking dates on food, overcooking meals.. Etc. All because I have a terrible fear of vomiting, It could be related to my anxiety or just a bad experience at a young age. I'm much better with it now, I've gained a lot of weight, eating is back to normal. Though I now think that this fear is creeping back up on me now, I've been coping well the past 4 years despite everything I've been through but now with me being ill I feel that my anxiety is starting to take over. Anybody been through something similar?
