I ran too my mom and told her to feel my chest bc my heart was pounding really really fastand i thought i was gonna die but there's morei experience thatnight

well i like to exercise and play video games and other stuff but somethings forcing me not to do those things like i try but won't get far

That's what I thought James. You are like every other young man who likes video games, And exercise, boy if you did that, you would see how your anxiety levels would drop. Do you know what's forcing you not to do those things? It's the Anxiety Bully, who wants to control your thoughts with negativity. You start out slow and when you feel you can't go any further, you take that next step into your uncomfortable zone.

Each time getting a little further, until you have pushed that bully to the curb. I know you have it in you as we all do. With myself, I retreated every time I even thought of going out of my comfort zone. The day I did was the beginning of my turn about. You will get there. Keep coming to the forum for support. We are here for each other.

Same for me it was once panic attack and it just seemed to suck the life out of me.

Slowly trying to get back into my routine

And going outside but slowly. And patiently

My friend rang an ambulance because we thought i was having a heart attack!! It's horrible as they're unexpected and you don't understand what's happening! I find that when I have a panic attack, going to my mum or a family member and just listening to them talk to me helps so much knowing I'm not alone! Everyone is different and I hope you find a way to help you calm down quickly!:)
