Definitely nomorepanic, it happens. More often when trying to relax. I have found it is a payback from being tense, using our muscles and then when trying to relax, the muscle knot up or spasm. Our muscles do not know how to regenerate on their own. They stay tight unless we do something to release that stress. Meditation, Relaxation, Deep breathing...All these techniques can help reduce muscle pain. Try using some heat, that may help. Of course, if it is anything different or gets more severe, always call your doctor for advice. Feel better.

Hi I have the same mainly at night. I swear I am having a heart attack but I think it's a combination of anxiety and panic plus reflux. I have been having this for ten years and am still here to tell my story. If you're really worried get an ECG done. Good luck!! 😃
