Why now

So I have an exam tomorrow and I'm just laying on the floor studying and writing notes and I get a pain in my left side. What do I do? I grab my phone and look up the symptoms. Now I have my self worried and I can't study idk what to do I am so stressed already

aghh me too right now. i really need to write an essay but the veins in my right arm have been hurting/feeling hot all day and it's freaking me out. i looked it up and like "blood clots" and "tumors" came up (doubt it's either) and instantly my anxiety skyrocketed and agh, yeah. so i get you. good luck!
