Well it's day one of beeing on my meds I feel abit wierd but I feel more relaxed 🙂

Good for you

I don't think the one tablet would make you feel weird could be because you are aware you have took one but I am pleased you are feeling more relaxed that could be the mind knowing you have now started something that hopefully is going to help you feel better and I really do hope they do

I had to ring the doctor as they were really bad and he said I was having side affects from the medication and he said I should of been put on 5mg not 20mg so he told me to stop taking them I'm feeling abit better just can't wait for bed 😕

Hi, Anxiety medication takes around 6 weeks to notice any difference. They are not like paracetomol where you take one and your headache goes. I have been on them and after 3 years came off them and feel much better now. Good luck with them, Kev

I had to stop taking them as I had really bad side affects they put me on 20mg insted of 5mg to start with as I've never taken them befor and they are starting to go now thank god I felt so horrible yesterday but I'm glad I feel abit better now so I won't be taking them again my friend had the same side affects as me Id never felt so bad in my life
