Happens to me a lot it sucks do you have the pain all around or just on your left side or right side

Hello cache x yes I suffer with chest pains most days x feels like my chest has pressure on it all the time x I've had ecg's 24 hr monitor scan x everything been checked x all good x nothing wrong x my doctor says it's all to go with anxiety x muscle feels lije there tightening in side your chest x but if I try to relax it does ease x or do breathing exercises x go for a walk if your able to x read a book x try to take your mind off it x it's no way easy x but have to try these things x take it easy and keep in touch x let me know how you get on x

Ow yes x feels like you have everything wrong x pains in my back near shoulder blades x pains in shoulders x uncomfortable feelings in stomache x aching neck x then you start to worry about it x then the problems feel a site worse x feeling of a lump in my throat x I've gone through the card up to now x so I get through it now and say to myself x another side affect from anxiety x
