Hi peeps. Hope everybody ok?? Ive not been doin 2 bad lately. Had a lighthead feel sick day last wednesday few chest pains and concentraiting on my breathin 2 much has put me on edge 2day ( silly i know ). But apart from that ive had a good few weeks

Hi mouley, great to hear your doing so well. It's always good to see positive posts. I'm doing ok myself, up and down a bit but things can always be worse so I count my blessings when I remember too!! Take care sweetie 🙏🏻
