Woke this morning feeling so drained. Was suppose to go horse riding but my anxiety was telling me NO . How do I overcome this and just get up ,get dressed and go ?? Now I'm feeling so annoyed I didn't go . Why does this happen 😞😞

I'm sorry to hear that.. I know you feel paralyzed and like something heavy is weighing you back. Something in our mind is saying no you can't or else something bad is gonna happen. You know that it's not true but it's enough to scare us. It is mind games though and I wish it wasn't like that ESP to ourselves. It happens to me too. And then I regret not going where I was suppose to go or saying no bc I'm scared I'm might have a panic attack. We can only deal with it one at a time.

yes I still have these feelings happening to me x but sometime you must just try and push yourself to do these things x and ONCE you have gone out there and done this x you will feel so proud yourself that you had done it and overcome that step fir that day x it's your anxiety that is telling your brain x you have to have a little chat with yourself sometime and say bugger off anxiety xI haven't got time for you today x I need to go and get on with my day x it does seem a bit to get ch x but it does work jodz x I've come on along way by using this method x I hope you can try it and it works for you x otherwise your anxiety will confin you to your home and won't end up enjoying your life x I don't a bug thing last year by going abroad thinking that I was going to be ill x yes I was ill for one day x but had a chat with myself and said that I wanted to enjoy this holiday x and I loved it x otherwise you won't do anything you want to do x rake care darling x keep in touch and let me know how you get on x
I know how you feel, some weeks ago my godmother invited me to a to travel and i said no because of my anxiety, and them i spent a whole day feelig bad about it.
something that i do to convince me to go in some places is mentally list some solutions to my future problems, for exemple: if I go and feel bad, i can go back home quickly or if i need help i can ask someone, etc. this calm me down
other thing that help me is remember why i want so much go to that place, normally the good points exceed the bad ones and my anxiety goes away
