Arghhh just woken up from heart palpitations!!! Hearts racing so fast I’m getting so hot! Am I going to die getting pains all around my left lung area. I’m trying to stay calm as I can be I hate this feeling!! Why is my heart waking me up it’s 6am!!!

You’re not going to die! This is most likely anxiety. Please take some deep breaths! Do you have anything you can take for the anxiety to calm you down? Try getting a cold shower 🚿
