Rooibos (Red bush) tea

Hi

Is it ok to drink rooibos tea while on antidepressants? I started drinking it to cut out caffeine. I asked my doctor about calming teas and he didn't have a clue. I tried camomile and felt light headed and drunk maybe a coincidence I didn't try it again. But it made me wonder about my medication and teas
