Hi guys my name is Lestat and i have been going through severe anxiety and DP/DR for about two years, though i have managed to come out of it and am a much stronger person for it. i have written a blog on everything as to how i overcame DP/DR and anxiety and tips that honestly every suffer should know, i hope my posts will help people out there for everyone can recovery
