Stomach issues?

Anyone else experiencing stomach issues..like spasms..belching...in the Stomach and burping on and off.?

Hello

I think stomach issues are the one thing that can affect so many suffering with anxiety and I have had just what you describe and still can have episodes where it starts all of again !

We are so tense the problem usually is we are not digesting our food as we should , which eating small meals often , making sure you are as relaxed as possible helps as well as watching if certain foods make it worse which if you keep a food diary this can help highlight if this is the case and then you can avoid them

Simple things like a glass of milk can help but if you find it is ongoing have a chat with your Doctor , they can quickly check you over and maybe prescribe something or at least reassure you and sometimes knowing there is nothing to worry about really helps in reducing the symptoms
