Throat problems

So this has been going on for a while where out of random, my throat feels like it has a spasm that renders me breathless for about half a second. I thought this would go away but it hasnt. I went into the restroom and i checked my throat by turning on the flashlight to my phone and pointing to my throat while looking in the mirror. I noticed that i had these somewhat big white dots above where my tonsils are. Around that area. About the size of a pencil eraser or smaller. They looked like little pockets of mucus. I know mucus stones are a thing so im assuming thats what it is. On top of that, there is a part of the throat that is barely visible but you can see it if you gag, which is what i forced myself to do. It protrudes upwards from the throat. It might just be me but it looks swollen. Is this the reason that i have these sensations? Im going to the doctors soon but im just curios as to what it might be so i was wondering if any of you have an idea of what it is. All help is appreciated.

hello, yep , they're called tonsil stones and when you get them theyre signs of tonsillitis. Defs go to the doctors because they will get worse day by day and your tonsils will get bigger and more painful. they will give you medicine so it will go away. its not dangerous at all x
