this has been happening for a while but its coming back again, whenever i would stand up my chest would ache and my jaw and head would have this intense sensation :// is it something serious

if you've already had it checked out and know you have health anxiety, then you can be confident this is not serious

really? I've noticed that it comes when my anxiety acts up but thing is my heart rate goes really slow and hardd im terrified!! doctor said that there was nothing wrong but i don't know

You've defined it yourself by saying it's when your anxious. If it was a heart problem it would occur on exertion when the heart has to work hard.

Health anxiety focussing on heart worries is the commonest of all and there are posts on here every day about it
