why does anxiety have to rule my life like ill feel so good for ages then all of a sudden for two or three nights i just feel shocking and barley even sleep which is hard being pregnant and having a one year old daughter to look after!

I feel for you. I have an 18 month old I need to be able to function for and the no sleeping really takes a toll on me. I can go a few weeks feeling ok then a week or two feeling terrible. I've even stopped working bc I don't want to drive like this. I hope things get better for you.
