Massive thud of pain and fear

Does anyone ever have a massive shooting pain through their body and then your suddenly overcome with fear? I can't cope with it, as soon as I experience this I'm back to square one and can't relax again. I just want to cry to myself I cannot deal with it

I thought I was the only one, I get this often, the worst time I had was when I was in bed sleep and I awoke to a sudden sharp pain in my chest, I worked myself up so much because I thought I was having a heart attack, but it calmed down after a few minuets.
