I know we all explain are symptoms, but does anyone ever have any particular symptoms & they really can't explain it?? Like certain sensations and they get so overwhelming that you can't except that it's anxiety?

Curious??
Hi Mloanddb. My eye lids constantly twitch and I sometimes feel like my brain is burning. I know that sounds crazy, but it really feels that way. I also get disoriented sometimes. I have a hard time believing this is caused by anxiety. I recently lost my job so I don't have insurance to go get this checked out. I hate going to the doctor because they attribute EVERYTHING to anxiety.
Yes, its hard to accept its just anxiety/especially as you get older i think!
Thanks guys, it's nice to hear that some symptoms that we have are weird & hard to explain. I sometimes think I'm just crazy.
Hi I get like a brain fog hard to decribe but a heavy head and just feel like I can't concentrate then I get dizziness or like im light headed. If I plow on through at work or with the kids I eventually get over it but it's there at some point everyday. Even when I feel it's gone I think about it and it comes back. It leaves me feeling shaky and with a sick stomach. It's so scary and I hate how it controls my life and makes me afraid to make plans. I can't seem to look forward to anything incase I feel that way while I'm supposed to be having fun.
I get something similar it makes me feel ill it's happening somewhat right now it's my day off & of course I feel ill. My boyfriend is taking me out to dinner Friday night for my birthday I'm praying I feel at least somewhat ok. I'm just so tired of it all. One minute I was 100% & the next I feel like I'm on the verge of death. Constantly worrying stress that we all have can't be good for anybody.
Hi Blondiful
I feel the same, your thoughts are triggering/controlling the feelings, you said as soon as you think about it, it comes back. I have Anxiety/ panic disorder, and it sounds similar to that, which is really hard to cope with, if you think it will happen, the chances are it will unless you try to distract yourself, try this technique I do it and it does work I promise. Go to your GP if you unsettled to get a check up incase it may be medical
Good luck x
